This translation is provided for convenience. In case of any discrepancy, the Spanish version prevails.

Welcome to Pru-dentia. These Terms of Use form a binding legal agreement between you (the "User") and Multisoftware ("the Company", "we", "us" or "our") governing access to and use of the Pru-dentia mobile applications (Android, iOS) and web portal (together, the "Service"). These Terms are also the application's end user license agreement (EULA).

The Service may be offered in different countries; the availability of features and plans may vary by territory. Use from any country is subject to the laws applicable there. These Terms do not limit consumer rights that cannot be waived under the laws of your place of residence.

Important: By creating an account, accessing or using Pru-dentia, you confirm that you have read and accept these Terms and that you were able to consult our Privacy Policy. The processing of data is governed by that policy. If applicable law requires an additional notice or authorization, it will be provided or obtained separately before processing; these Terms do not replace it. If you do not agree with the Terms, you must refrain from using the Service.

1. Description of the Service and No Financial Advice

Pru-dentia is a software platform designed exclusively for the personal and collaborative recording, calculation, organization and tracking of income, expenses, budgets, wallets and financial accounts.

Financial disclaimer: Pru-dentia is NOT a bank, financial institution or regulated investment entity. The information, summaries, charts, categorizations and assistance generated by the platform are strictly for informational and organizational purposes. Pru-dentia does not provide financial, accounting, tax or legal advice. Any financial or economic decision you make is your sole and entire responsibility.

2. User Accounts and Security

To use the Service you must register and sign in through authorized identity providers (Google Sign-In or Apple Sign-In). You are responsible for:

3. Subscriptions, Payments and Billing (Pru-dentia Pro)

Pru-dentia offers free basic features and access to advanced features through paid subscription plans (Pru-dentia Pro).

4. Artificial Intelligence, Voice Dictation and Messaging Channel Features

The Service includes natural language processing and voice dictation tools powered by artificial intelligence (including Google Gemini APIs), as well as an optional messaging channel for logging transactions (WhatsApp, by Meta Platforms, Inc.):

5. Technical Metrics and Use of the Service

To operate, protect and improve features, when you use the Service while signed in we record usage signals such as app opens and widget, form, camera, dictation or recurrence events; platform (iOS, Android or web), version, day, general origin of the transaction and the state of three preferences: direct dictation, direct recurrences and display of the original currency. The dashboard also computes global counts of active recurrences and current Pro subscriptions from their states.

The records use a pseudonymized identifier derived from the account's internal ID: it does not directly include your email, name, amounts, descriptions, audio, transcriptions, images or free text, but it allows activity from the same account to be linked. They are used internally for aggregated statistics, with restricted access; they are not sold or used for behavioral advertising. They are kept for up to 400 days, plus the daily purge interval (up to one additional day), and are deleted when the account deletion is processed. They are not part of the ledger and do not modify your financial records. See the Privacy Policy for details of the processing and your rights.

6. Intellectual Property and License of Use

All intellectual property rights, trademarks, logos, interface design, source code and software associated with Pru-dentia are the exclusive property of Multisoftware and its licensors.

You are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive and non-transferable license to use the application on your personal devices in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, decompile, reverse engineer or redistribute any part of the software without prior written consent.

7. Acceptable Use

The User agrees not to:

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without express or implied warranties of any kind, including fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability or absence of errors.

In no event shall Multisoftware, its officers, employees or affiliates be liable for indirect or incidental damages, lost profits, loss of data or economic losses arising from the use of or inability to use the Service.

9. Termination and Account Deletion

You may terminate this agreement at any time by permanently deleting your account from Settings → Account → Delete account in the app, which will purge your associated data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We reserve the right to suspend or cancel access to accounts that commit serious violations of these Terms of Use or engage in fraudulent conduct.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

Unless a mandatory applicable rule provides otherwise, these Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States of America. Nothing in this choice excludes or reduces the mandatory consumer or privacy protections you are entitled to in your country of residence, including the jurisdiction of the courts those rules establish.

11. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Any material change will be notified by updating the date at the top and, where appropriate, through a notice in the app or by email. Continued use of the Service after the changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of them.
